He has completed his diploma in Indian Institute of Handloom Technology and worked in various government organizations including CO-OPTEX, SITRA and quality inspector in Textiles Committee , he had started his own manufacturing organization in 1994 with his friends.
He is an active member in his alumni association where he has holded various dignified postions being an Secretary,Vice president. He is acting as a Secretary in Karur Handloom Export Cloth Manufacturers Association. He was very well known for his technical knowledge of textiles.
He is the President of Rotary Club of Karur for the year 2021-22.
